This year’s IBA litigation conference will be held in San Francisco – the magnificent ‘City by the Bay’, the crossroads of the Asia Pacific Region, and one of the world’s leading technology hubs.

The early bird registration period expires on March 18, 2016. As always, the IBA litigation committee have put together an interesting programme. There will be sessions on the growing clash between privacy rules in Europe and North America and their effect on litigation, on litigating complex, high value technology disputes and on the use of litigation as a dispute resolution mechanism in key Asian jurisdictions.
