About this Blog

The idea behind this blog is rather simple. Most of my work day consists of advising foreign clients in English on German law issues. To make their lives easier – and mine – I always try to find English language resources on German law topics. So why not create one myself? So here comes the Dispute Resolution Germany blog. The idea is to post about relevant case law, new legislation, and basically all other stuff that I find interesting. Your feed-back  is appreciated. Tell me what you would like to read, so that Dispute Resolution Germany is relevant to you.
