Today is Human Rights Day! Human Rights Day is observed every year on 10 December, the day the United Nations General Assembly adopted, in 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
For this year’s Human Rights Day, the United Nations have chosen ‘Equality’ and Article 1 UDHR as the theme: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”
